Under the Games BD Terms & Conditions, the minimum age to use the platform is 18 years. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any betting activity.

Games BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions
• Registration using false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Defrauding or harassing other users
• Bonus abuse or attempts to hack the system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Betting fraud or match manipulation

Whether funds are refunded upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. Balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a rule violation.

To close your account, contact our support team. The same process applies for self-exclusion or cooling-off period requests.

Games BD operates its platform with the highest standard of technical security. However, Games BD will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Issues caused by the user's own device or connection
